Geartronics produces a wide range of timing pulleys for use throughout industry. Timing pulleys are most commonly used to transmit power in parallel shaft arrangements via timing belts designed for specific timing pulley tooth configurations.
Geartronics typically machines timing pulleys from aluminum but we’ve also produced pulleys from other materials including steel and plastics. We can supply pulleys having all standard pulley tooth forms including American Standard, Metric Pitch, HTD Standard and GT®2 types. Geartronics will also provide timing pulleys with or without flanges and with a variety of machined features such as hubs, keyways, drilled and tapped holes, milled features, slots, and internal splines as specified. We will also assure that your requirements for any secondary processes such as anodizing will be met.
